Patrick M. Deptula, MS, LNHA, FACHCA
Administrator
Pat has immersed himself in senior health services since he graduated with a master’s degree from Syracuse University. He has over 40 years of experience in leadership, administration and management of health care facilities, primarily outpatient, nursing homes, assisted living and home care. Pat’s philosophy is simple and has proven successful over the years: “We care for our residents as individuals, one resident at a time – with dignity, respect, and unconditional love. We embrace their uniqueness and care for each holistically – physically, emotionally, and spiritually.”


Nathan Anderson
Assistant Administrator
Nathan, originally from Central Pennsylvania, has been with The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rome since the end of 2017. He graduated from Susquehanna University in 2006 with a degree in Accounting. Since then, he has gained over a decade of accounting experience in both the public and private sector. In addition to his work at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing, Nathan is currently working on obtaining his administrator’s license and he enjoys working both with the elderly population and the diverse departments within the facility. Nathan hopes that his financial background coupled with his management style and leadership qualities will have a positive, and lasting, impact on all employees, residents, and their families.


Colleen Russell, RN, BSN
Director of Nursing
Colleen earned her AAS in nursing from Onandaga Community College and her BSN from the University of Phoenix. Colleen began her nursing career as an occupational nurse and served as a nurse manager in a rehabilitation wing of a nursing home. She joined The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing family in January 2013 and has two grown children. Colleen loves to travel and spend time with her seven brothers and sisters and their families.


Amanda Infusino
Director of Rehabilitation Services
Amanda is a 2001 graduate of Mohawk Valley Community College in Utica, New York and has an associate’s degree in human services with chemical dependency counseling. She earned a bachelors in health and human services and a masters in occupational therapy from Utica College. Amanda worked as a therapist for school aged children with autism and other developmental disabilities and provided homecare services for early intervention and pre-school students. Amanda, a Sherrill resident, has been a member of the Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing family since 2010 and is a single mom to her daughter Bailey. She enjoys spending her spare time as a co-leader of her daughter’s Daisy Scout Troop, attending her daughter’s soccer games and enjoying quality time with her daughter.


Renée MacDonald
Director of Admitting

Renée is a 2006 graduate of SUNY Institute of Technology in Marcy, New York. She worked with the developmentally disabled for a decade before joining The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing team in July 2013. A Wampsville resident, Renee and her husband have two children.


Karen Purcell
Director of Recreation
Karen is a Cortland State University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in recreation and has worked as a long term care recreation director for over 25 years. After 21 years of working with patients with TBI’s, MRDD and various behavioral problems, Karen has pursued her passion for working with the elderly, bringing smiles to guests who are in long term care placement. Karen lives in Fabius with her two children and enjoys running, taking walks and going to sporting events.


Lori Stiadle
Business Office Manager
Lori Stiadle has been the Business Office Manager for The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Chittenango since April 2009. A 1994 Utica College graduate with a bachelors in child development, Lori worked as a case manager for children and families at various non-profit agencies before joining The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing team. A resident of Minoa, New York, Lori is the mother of a sixteen year old son and a seven year old daughter, who enjoys shopping, movies, reading and going out to dinner with her husband.
