    Our Long-Term Care unit is dedicated to providing quality care and improving an individual's quality of life to those who are no longer able to care for themselves. Our compassionate staff is on hand to provide help with the necessary day to day routines as well as skilled nursing care for each individual. We offer Therapeutic Recreation which includes outings to various events, entertainment and daily activities based upon engaging and arousing creativity and socialization.

    The Grand at Utica Health Care offers a secure unit to give specialized care to individuals with Dementia symptoms and Alzheimer's disease who are no longer able to care for themselves at home or in an assisted living facility. We offer a Therapeutic Recreation calendar specific to the needs of each resident. Activities are centered around the cognitive, physical, sensory and spiritual needs of each resident.

    At The Grand at Utica Health Care, we understand that Dementia/Alzheimer's disease does not just affect the individual. Families also face many challenges while caring for their loved one.

    We've created a safe environment with a caring and skilled staff including:
